Fortis is a modern health and performance service that blends physiotherapy, strength training, injury rehabilitation, and lifestyle optimisation into one personalised, data-informed approach. Founded by Bartholomew Edwards — HCPC Physiotherapist and Personal Trainer — Fortis bridges the gap between traditional rehab and performance-focused training. With expertise that spans clinical practice and high-level coaching, every programme is designed to be safe, measurable, and built for long-term results.
At present, Fortis is operated independently by Bartholomew. A multidisciplinary team structure is planned, with additional specialists joining soon as the service expands in 2026.

Outsourced phlebotomy through English Phlebotomy Clinic. Optional in-person blood draws in the gym (led by visiting nurses). Optional home visits within London for sample collection.
GP-level analysis of blood results. Medical commentary to guide training, nutrition, and recovery strategy.
Continuous glucose monitoring for 2 weeks at a time. Integration of wearables and biometric data. Week-to-week tracking of recovery, stress, and performance markers.
Physios, performance coaches, osteopaths, nutrition specialists, visiting nurses, and medical consultants. All operating in a coordinated, data-led model designed for long-term health, performance, and longevity.
