David Leach is a Consultant Osteopath with nearly 30 years of clinical experience, providing senior clinical oversight for complex rehabilitation and training cases. A former captain of the England and Wales lacrosse teams, he has worked internationally within multidisciplinary medical teams and supports programme design and progression where clients present with injury history, movement restrictions, or higher risk profiles, ensuring training remains safe, effective, and sustainable as physique goals advance.

Dr. Ewa de Havilland is a UK-based Medical Doctor with over four decades of clinical experience and more than 30 years practicing in the UK. She is a Member of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP UK) and holds a PhD, with specialist expertise in internal medicine, ageing, metabolic health, and bone health. Within Fortis, Dr. de Havilland provides medical oversight, red-flag screening, and clinical guidance to support safe, long-term training and performance.

Fortis is an online, physio-led training programme for professionals who want to build muscle, lose fat, and make consistent progress — without pain holding them back.

You follow a structured, physique-focused programme, supported by weekly check-in calls to track progress, refine form, and manage flare-ups.

Programme design is informed by a UK-based team including physiotherapy, personal training, osteopathy, and medical expertise, ensuring progress is evidence-informed and sustainable.

Apply & Screen

You book a consultation call with us using the golden apply button on the home page. Once you fill in your details you will be redirected to book a consultation call with us on Calendly. During our meeting we review your goals, training history, injury background, and time constraints to ensure this is the right fit.

Physio-Led Initial Assessment

Once you sign up to one of our membership packs, we move on to the online full body assessment, conducted by one of our physiotherapists or osteopaths. This identifies limitations, weak links, and risk factors before we design your training programme.
